Accountancy

Whether you require statutory accounts for your limited company or accounts for your partnership or sole trader business, we can help.  As well as preparing your accounts we make sure that you understand the financial position of your business and will always meet with you to talk through your figures and offer general business advice.  We are on the other end of the phone throughout the year should you have any queries or questions that need answering.

Tax Services

We can prepare your Corporation Tax Returns, Partnership Tax Returns, and Self Assessment Tax Returns for individuals.

For businesses we will also advise on issues such as capital gains, business asset disposal relief (previously known as entrepreneurs relief) and other tax planning areas. 

For individuals we can prepare and submit your tax return on-line as well as advising you on your tax liabilities and assisting with any tax planning issues.

While we act for you we will always deal directly with HMRC on your behalf taking the stress away from you.

New Business

If you are a new business just setting up, we are here to help.  It is essential that during the first few weeks, months and years of your business, you start off on the right footing.  We spend time with our clients so that they understand how to deal with their finances from the start.

From Sage to Xero, we are agents of several cloud based software packages because we want to make sure your business chooses the right one for what you need. We will be able to guide you in choosing one and then show you the streamlined benefits as a business grows.

In-house Accounting

Do you need to balance your books? We provide book-keeping services including completion of VAT returns as well as monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets depending on the needs of your business. We have experience of using a wide range of accounting software so whether you have already got your books up and running or are starting from scratch, we can help.  This can be done remotely or by regular visits to your premises.

Payroll

We are able to provide payroll bureau services at a very competitive price. We will take care of the processing of your payroll including supplying payslips as well as dealing with starters and leavers during the year and all RTI filings.  We can also take the stress out of auto-enrolment.

CIS

We can deal with all aspects of CIS, helping contractors with their legislative duties and filings as well as helping sub-contractors with their tax return.

Company Secretarial

We can take the hassle away from you by making sure we meet all your company filing requirements including annual returns, dividend vouchers and statutory books.  Just leave it to us!
